The Governor is authorized in his or her discretion to organize a naval militia and a marine corps in accordance with the laws now existing or which may hereafter be enacted by the Congress governing the Naval Militia or Marine Corps of the United States, and regulations issued by the Secretary of the Navy for the government of the United States Navy, Naval Militia and Marine Corps.
