An independent postsecondary school may participate in the Certified Teacher-Aide Welfare Transition Program and may receive incentives for successful performance from the Performance Based Incentive Funding Program if:
- (1) The school is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and licensed by the State Board of Independent Postsecondary Vocational, Technical, Trade, and Business Schools;
- (2) The school serves recipients of temporary assistance under the WAGES Program in a certified teacher-aide program;
- (3) A participating school district recommends the school to the Jobs and Education Partnership; and
- (4) The Jobs and Education Partnership approves.
