1. (1) Each school district and each community college shall account for expenditures of all state, local, federal, and other funds in the manner prescribed by the Department of Education.
2. (2) Each school district and each community college shall report expenditures for workforce education in accordance with requirements prescribed by the Department of Education.
3. (3) The Department of Education, in cooperation with school districts and community colleges, shall develop and maintain a database of valid comparable information on workforce education which will meet both state and local needs.
