The Local Government Infrastructure Tax Trust Fund is hereby retitled the Discretionary Sales Surtax Clearing Trust Fund. The Mail Order Sales Tax Clearing Trust Fund is hereby created in the State Treasury. Notwithstanding the repeal of s. 212.237 by s. 45, chapter 89-356, the Solid Waste Management Trust Fund shall continue to exist.
