To fund the provisions of this act with respect to the Florida Retirement System, the percentage contribution rates applicable to employers of members of the Special Risk Class of the Florida Retirement System on January 1, 1996, is increased by 0.01 percent. This increase is in addition to all other changes to such contribution rate which are enacted into law and applicable on that date.
