1. (1) If the subscriber group contract is not renewed due to claim experience, the subscriber group shall be entitled to receive the loss experience of the group. If requested by a subscriber group, a detailed claim experience record may be provided at a reasonable expense. The record shall maintain subscriber confidentiality.
2. (2) Any subscriber contract which is terminated or cancelled in accordance with section 636.028, F.S., must identify clearly the reason(s) in writing to the subscriber.
