The following stated penalties shall apply for violations under Section 642.043, F.S., regarding discretionary suspension or revocation of license(s) and appointment(s):

1. (1) Section 642.043(1), F.S. – revocation.
2. (2) Section 642.043(2), F.S. – suspension for 3 months.
3. (3) Section 642.043(3), F.S. – suspension for 3 months.
4. (4) Section 642.043(4), F.S. – suspension for 9 months.
5. (5) Section 642.043(5), F.S. – see Rule 69B-231.100, F.A.C.
6. (6) Section 642.043(6), F.S. – see Rule 69B-232.150, F.A.C.
