- (1) For purposes of this rule chapter, energy storage systems as defined in the National Fire Protection Association (“NFPA”) 855, Standard for the Installation of Stationary Energy Storage Systems, 2023 Edition, incorporated herein by reference, shall comply with all requirements of the NFPA 855, 2023 Edition, and the Florida Fire Prevention Code, except that section 4.8.2.2. is amended to read as follows: “Multiple panels shall be aggregated to an interface, master, or annunciator panel at a location approved by the AHJ.”
