1. (1) If one or more licenses are required to harvest oysters within a specific region or area pursuant to Rule 68B-27.009, F.A.C., such license(s) is also required for the commercial harvester to sell or offer for sale such oysters.
2. (2) A wholesale dealer, as defined in Section 379.362(1)(a), F.S., may not purchase oysters from a harvester required to be licensed pursuant to Rule 68B-27.009, F.A.C., unless such harvester presents all required licenses prior to the sale.
3. (3) A person may not possess, transport, purchase, or sell an oyster harvested in violation of any of the requirements of this Chapter, Chapter 5L-1, F.A.C., or Chapters 379 or 597, F.S.
4. (4) A recreational harvester may not sell or attempt to sell an oyster.
