1. (1) Community-based care lead agencies and their contracted providers will provide ongoing support to licensed out-of-home caregivers. Support can include but is not be limited to:

   1. (a) Access to foster parent support groups;
   2. (b) Service resources for children placed in the home;
   3. (c) Foster Parent mentors; and
   4. (d) Service resources for caregivers.
2. (2) Contact shall be made to the licensed caregiver at least quarterly.
