Provider Qualifications. In-Service Training Providers shall be one of the following:

1. (1) A Facility licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration;
2. (2) A continuing education provider as approved by the Board of Nursing, or
3. (3) A Certified Nurse Assistant association, as recognized by the Board.
