The Department has determined that the following violations are defined as mediation offenses:

1. (1) Failure of the licensee to pay any assessed administrative fines or costs on time; assuming payment of the fine has been made; and,

2. (2) Failure of the licensee to respond to a continuing education audit on time, assuming a response has been made.
