1. (1) For purposes of board member compensation under Section 456.011(4), F.S., “other business involving the board” is defined to include:

   1. (a) Noticed meetings of the Board;
   2. (b) Meetings of committees or workshops of the Board;
   3. (c) Meetings of a Board member with Department staff or contractors of the Department at the Board’s or Department’s request;
   4. (d) Travel days to or from any meeting referenced herein.
2. (2) Any participation or meeting of members noticed or unnoticed shall be filed at the Board office.
