1. (1) For Minor Administrative Violations the range of penalties are as follows:

   1. (a) First violation – administrative fine of not less than $500.00 nor more than $3,000.00 per count or offense and/or a reprimand.
   2. (b) Second violation – administrative fine of not less than $750.00 nor more than $5,000.00 per count or offense and, if appropriate, a period of probation of not less than 3 months nor longer than 6 months.
   3. (c) Third violation – administrative fine of not less than $1,500.00 nor more than $8,000.00 per count or offense and, if appropriate, a period of suspension of not less than 6 months nor longer than 12 months.

2. (2) For Major Administrative Violations the range of penalties are as follows:

   1. (a) First violation – administrative fine of not less than $1,000.00 nor more than $4,000.00 per count or offense and, if appropriate, a period of probation or suspension of not less than 6 months nor longer than 12 months.
   2. (b) Second violation – administrative fine of not less than $2,000.00 nor more than $6,000.00 per count or offense and, if appropriate, a period of suspension of not less than 12 months nor more than 18 months.
   3. (c) Third violation – administrative fine of not less than $3,000.00 nor more than $10,000.00 per count or offense and a period of suspension of not less than 6 months or revocation.
