Direct Suport Organization Functions and Bylaws

(1) The Direct Support Organization (DSO) of the department shall adopt bylaws.
(2) Bylaw provisions shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. (a) Description of the DSO, including name and purpose;
2. (b) Structure and organization;
3. (c) Prohibited activities;
4. (d) Board of directors, officers and committees;
5. (e) Meetings and quorum;
6. (f) Staff assistance;
7. (g) Fiscal procedure; and
8. (h) Amendment of bylaws.
