1. (1) Pursuant to Section 723.06116(1)(a)-(d), F.S., late fees will be imposed according to the following schedule:

   1. (a) 10% of total amount due for over 30 days past due;
   2. (b) 15% of total amount due for over 60 days past due;
   3. (c) 20% of total amount due for over 90 days past due; and
   4. (d) 25% of total amount due for 120 days or more past due.
2. (2) In determining the initial 30-day past due deadline and imposition of all subsequent late fees, 5 days for mailing will be added to the original invoice postmark date.
