1. (1) A course provider may not advertise a course as one approved by the board for continuing education until such approval is granted by the board.
2. (2) A course provider may not include any false or misleading information regarding the contents, instructors or number of classroom hours of any course approved under this rule.
3. (3) A course provider must include its provider number and course number(s) in all advertising.
