1. (1) The Board, or its designee, reserves the right to evaluate continuing education courses or seminars offered to engineers for credit by the following methods:

   1. (a) Observing such courses or seminars; and,
   2. (b) Reviewing the files of the provider to gain information about any course or seminar offered to professional engineers for credit.
2. (2) The Board shall not revoke the continuing education credit given to any professional engineer for completion of any continuing education course or seminar about which the professional engineer registers a complaint with the Board.
