Fla. Admin. Code R. 61G10-10.012 – Definitions

(1) For the purposes of section 455.207(4), F.S. The Board defines “other business involving the board” as,
1. (a) all regularly scheduled meetings of Board committees, and
2. (b) whenever a board member has been requested by the Secretary or the Department staff to participate in a meeting.
(2) Principal officers as specified in section 481.319(1)(a), F.S., shall be defined as:
1. (a) President, Vice President, Secretary or Treasurer of the corporation; or
2. (b) any other officer who has management responsibilities in the corporation, as documented by the corporate charter or bylaws.
