1. (1) “Administrative Review” means the informal internal review process to contest a division determination.
2. (2) “Department” means the Florida Department of Education.
3. (3) “Division” means the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
4. (4) “Division determination” means any decision that affects the provision of vocational rehabilitation services to applicants or eligible individuals.
