1. (1) Advance Play Countdown Schedule.

   1. (a) The CASH4LIFE draw game will be discontinued and end on February 21, 2026. In preparation for end of game, an advance play countdown schedule has been established for the “Advance Play” feature, as set forth below:

(b) A play slip (paper or digital) or an attempt to print a ticket with Advance Play will be rejected and cannot be played if the number of drawings shown/selected exceeds the number of advance play drawings available at the time of the requested play due to the implementation of the countdown schedule set forth above.
2. (c) On Saturday, February 21, 2026 at or about 8:30:00 p.m. (ET), CASH4LIFE ticket sales will end. Ticket validation and ticket redemption will be suspended. Ticket validation and ticket redemption will resume on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at 6:00:00 a.m. (ET) and will continue for 180 days from February 21, 2026 (date last draw held). Ticket sales will not resume.
3. (2) Free Ticket Prize. The ninth prize is a free ticket, valued at $2.00. A player claiming a “free ticket” prize after February 21, 2026 at 8:30 p.m. (ET) will receive a cash amount of $2.00 in place of the free ticket.
4. (3) Following the end of game, February 21, 2026, winning CASH4LIFE tickets can be claimed and will be paid in accordance with the rule of the Florida Lottery governing payment of prizes, Emergency Rule 53ER23-20. A copy of the current Payment of Prizes rule can be obtained from the Florida Lottery, Office of the General Counsel, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-4011 or at flrules.org.

5. (4) Except as provided herein, all other provisions of Emergency Rule 53ER20-43, CASH4LIFE, shall remain in full force and effect.
