1. (1) General Provisions.

   1. (a) Promotion Period. May 1 - 31, 2026, dates inclusive.
   2. (b) Participating Games. PICK Daily GamesTM. PICK games are PICK 2TM, PICK 3TM, PICK 4TM, and PICK 5TM.
   3. (c) Prizes. Coupons for a $5 Cash Prize.

2. (2) How to Participate.

   1. (a) Players who purchase any single PICK ticket of a $1 or greater amount from 6:00 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. (ET), subject to retailer and Lottery office operating hours, during the Promotion Period may be awarded a Coupon for a $5 cash prize. (All draw times qualify, so long as tickets are purchased during the time frame set forth herein.) For every Nth qualifying ticket purchased throughout the State of Florida, a Coupon for a $5 cash prize will be issued. The Coupon will print at the time of purchase.
   2. (b) Redemption Deadline. Coupons may be redeemed at any Lottery retailer or office. The Coupon redemption deadline is July 30, 2026 (11:59:59 p.m., ET), subject to retailer and Lottery office operating hours. Coupons cannot be redeemed by mail. Coupons mailed to the Florida Lottery will not be submitted for redemption and will not be returned. Coupons not redeemed by the redemption deadline will not be redeemable, and players will not be otherwise compensated.
   3. (c) Continuation tickets, purchases that are part of GROUPER®/GROUPER® Super Sampler, and cancelled tickets are not eligible.
   4. (d) A sum of $1,000,000 has been allocated for the $5 cash prizes. If this sum is reached before the end of the Promotion Period, Coupons will not be further awarded. If this sum has not been reached by the end of the Promotion Period, any remaining sums will not otherwise be awarded.
3. (3) Taxes. Any federal, state, and/or local taxes and/or other costs and fees will be the responsibility of the player.

4. (4) Other Restrictions and Provisions.

   1. (a) A player must be at least 18 years of age.
   2. (b) All players and ticket purchases are subject to the provisions of Chapter 24, Florida Statutes, and rules promulgated thereunder. Copies of current rules can be obtained from the Florida Lottery, Office of the General Counsel, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-4011 or from flrules.org.
   3. (c) Persons prohibited by section 24.116, Fla. Stat., from purchasing a Florida Lottery ticket are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
   4. (d) By participating in the PICK Midday Promotion, a player gives his/her permission and consent for the Florida Lottery to photograph and/or videotape and record him/her and to use his/her name, photograph, videotape, and/or recording of him/her for current and future advertising or publicity purposes without additional compensation, notification, or consent.

   5. (e) If there is a conflict with a provision set forth in this Emergency Rule and any promotional materials, including, but not limited to, point of sale, television, radio and print advertising, and other promotional media/materials, the terms of this Emergency Rule shall prevail.
