Fla. Admin. Code R. 53ER23-44 – CASH POPTM - Odds Change Provisions

(1) Certain odds (of winning) will be changing in the CASH POP Draw game.
(2) In preparation for the change, the functions below will be suspended and will resume at 6:00 a.m. (ET) on Tuesday, September 12, 2023:
1. (a) The ability to make a consecutive draw choice will be suspended after the close of the 11:45 p.m., ET, September 9, 2023 drawing; and
2. (b) After the close of the 11:45 p.m. (ET) draw on September 11, 2023, CASH POP, GROUPER®, and GROUPER® Super Sampler ticket sales will be suspended.
(3) All game functions and options resume on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 6:00 a.m. (ET).
(4) Except as provided herein, all other provisions of Rule 53ER23-43 shall remain in full force and effect.
