For the purposes of this rule chapter, the definitions in Section 377.602, F.S., and the following shall apply:
- (1) “Department” means the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services
- (2) “Electric Utility” shall have the same meaning as defined in Rule 25-22.070, F.A.C., effective 11/10/1997, hereby incorporated by reference and available online at HYPERLINK "https://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-14594" https://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-14594. The incorporated material is also available from the Department at 407 South Calhoun Street, Tallahassee, FL 32399.
- (3) “Renewable Energy” shall have the same meaning as defined in Section 366.91, F.S.
