1. (1) Within sixty (60) days from receipt of a Petition, the Secretary shall:

   1. (a) Assign the Petition an identification number.
   2. (b) Cause to be published in the F.A.R. a Notice of Receipt of Petition.

2. (2) The Notice of Receipt of Petition shall contain at minimum:

   1. (a) A summary of the contents of the Petition, including a general description of the land area affected.
   2. (b) A summary of the estimate of economic impact of the proposed rule on the agency.
   3. (c) The time, date and place of the scheduled local public hearing.
   4. (d) Reference to the location of where the full text of the Petition may be reviewed, copied or procured.
