Each water user shall be classified according to one or more of the following sources of water:

1. (1) Surfacewater sources:

   1. (a) Name of specific surfacewater source;
   2. (b) Basin;
   3. (c) Sub-basin.

2. (2) Groundwater Sources:

   1. (a) Floridan aquifer;
   2. (b) Secondary artesian aquifer;
   3. (c) Water table aquifer.

3. (3) Reclaimed Water:

   1. (a) Wastewater;
   2. (b) Stormwater.
