Each agency should take reasonable steps to inform its employees who are likely to be approached by a lobbyist of the registration requirements of Section 112.3215, F.S., and to advise those employees to inform persons who may be required to register as lobbyists that:

1. (1) They may be subject to the requirement of registering as a lobbyist with the Commission or other office established to administer lobbyist registration; and
2. (2) They should contact the Commission or other office established to administer lobbyist registration for registration forms, if not available at the agency, and for further information about the requirements of the registration law.
