- (1) Authority members and Authority employees shall adhere to the provisions of Section 112.313, Florida Statutes, with regard to standards of conduct for public officers and employees.
- (2) Authority members and employees shall adhere to the provisions of Section 112.3135, Florida Statutes, restricting the employment of relatives.
- (3) Each Authority member shall file a Statement of Financial Interest as required by Section 112.3145, Florida Statutes.
