1. (1) If two or more of the named parties submit a request for advisory decision-making to the ARPC, the ARPC shall assist the parties to select and retain an appropriate neutral party or the parties may request that the ARPC make the selection.
2. (2) All disputes shall be handled by a neutral party who understands Florida growth management issues, has appropriate experience and is acceptable to the parties.
3. (3) The parties shall submit an advisory decision-making report in accordance with subsection 29L-7.015(2), F.A.C., of this process at the conclusion.
