Each unit of local government shall furnish the information required in Section 218.38(1), F.S., to the Division of Bond Finance using Form No. DBF 2025-1.009, “Local Government Bond Information Form,” effective 04/25, which is available at HYPERLINK "https://flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-17975"https://flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-17975, and which is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference into this rule.
