The Electronic Filing System allows an authorized EFS agent to process title and registration transactions for products they sell including, but not limited to:

1. (1) New and used motor vehicles.
2. (2) Direct and lease purchases.
3. (3) License plates transferred from one motor vehicle to another.
4. (4) Registration renewal for customers at the time of purchase.
5. (5) Inquiry capabilities subject to applicable fees as set forth in Section 320.05(3)(e), F.S.
