Re: Request for business review letter

Dear Ms. Dulmage:

As I mentioned in my letter dated August 7, 1995, we have been considering organizing a statewide home care alliance that will provide statewide care under a single contract and single pricing. We plan to use the silent messenger approach by contracting with an independent third party to communicate pricing information between agencies and the payors. We plan to have a toll-free 800 number that sources can call to find a provider of the services they need in that patient's area. All paperwork and administrative functions will be handled by a central office. Alliance members will be charged a percentage of their per-visit fee to cover the central office administration.
