Dear Assistant Attorney General:
Sierra CommCare, Inc., a rural community health organization ("CHO"), respectfully requests a statement pursuant to the Department of Justice's Business Review Procedure, 28 C.F.R. Sec. 50.6, and expedited business review process of the Department's current enforcement intentions concerning the CHO's proposal to establish a locally-based, rural community health care provider network. This request is made based upon the best information known to date and upon reasonable estimates of future activity. Where possible, the proposed venture will implement any suggested modifications which address any antitrust concerns of the Department.
We verify we have made a good faith search for the documents and information required to be submitted pursuant to 28 C.F.R. Section 50.6. In addition, where possible, we have provided complete disclosure of all responsive material.
