3304 Activities Incidental to the Conduct of a Bidco

1.0 Pursuant to §3322(d) of Title 5 of the Delaware Code, the activities incidental to the conduct of a Bidco shall include, but not be limited to the following:

1. 1.1 Electronic Data Processing Services
2. 1.2 Investment Advisory Services
3. 1.3 Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Internal Auditing Services
4. 1.4 Personnel Services
5. 1.5 Marketing Analysis
6. 1.6 Advetising Services
7. 1.7 Security Services
8. 1.8 Transportation of Valuables Services
9. 1.9 Agent Services for Leasing of real property, business equipment, and business vehicles
10. 1.10 Underwriting and brokerage services for issues of commercial paper, securities and other debt and equity instruments
11. 1.11 Corporate Agent Services
12. 1.12 Employee Benefit Planning Services
13. 1.13 Pension Fund Management Services

2.0 All above activities should only be entered into in full consideration of any license, registration or other requirements thereof.
