1402 Application by a Foreign Bank for a Certificate of Authority to Establish A Foreign Bank Limited Purpose Branch Or Foreign Bank Agency

Any application made to the State Bank Commissioner pursuant to §1403 of Title 5, Delaware Code, shall be submitted on the form appended hereto and accompanied by all documents called for by such form as well as by a duly authenticated copy of its charter and bylaws. A non-refundable filing fee of $2,000 - payable to “State of Delaware”, must accompany the filing of the attached application (5Del. C., §1403(c)).
