Del. Code Ann. tit. 9, § 6813
Recording unapproved plat; penalty for
9 Del. C. 1953, § 6813; 56 Del. Laws, c. 95.;
Any Recorder who formally files or records any plat or map contrary to the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500.
