Del. Code Ann. tit. 9, § 4812
Recording unapproved plan; penalty for
9 Del. C. 1953, § 4812; 56 Del. Laws, c. 103, § 15;
Any Recorder who receives for filing or recording any plan or map contrary to the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500.
