Contents of notice of sale — Rejection of proposals
9 Del. C. 1953, § 4641; 56 Del. Laws, c. 103, § 13;
Each notice of sale shall reserve the right to reject any and all bids and shall state that any bid not complying with the terms of the notice will be rejected.
