Applicability
78 Del. Laws, c. 263, § 1; 80 Del. Laws, c. 196, § 6;
The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the fisheries covered by Chapters 9, 18, 19, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 of this title which are or become closed to new entrants.
