1. (a) The Attorney General shall have the same authority to enforce and carry out this subchapter as granted by § 2517 of Title 29 and by §§ 2511-2527 and §§ 2531-2536 of this title.
2. (b) Any violation of § 2403 of this title shall be deemed an unlawful practice in violation of § 2513 of this title.
