1. (a) By applying for this credit or accepting the transfer of a credit under this chapter, the applicant or transferee agrees to public disclosure of the amount of any credit awarded or transferred.

2. (b) Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the sharing of data related to the credit between or among any of the following shall be permitted:

   1. (1) The Delaware Motion Picture and Television Development Commission.
   2. (2) The Department of State.
   3. (3) The Division of Revenue.
   4. (4) The Office of State Bank Commissioner.
   5. (5) The Department of Insurance.
   6. (6) The Division of Small Business.
3. (c) Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the sharing of data related to payments made and records and returns filed on behalf of a loan-out company and its employees, may be shared with the Department of State and Division of Small Business.
