Del. Code Ann. tit. 29, § 10604 – Reporting entities and programs [For application of this section, see 84 Del. Laws, c. 454, § 2][Expires Sept. 30, 2026, pursuant to 84 Del. Laws, c. 454, § 4]

(a) The secretary or director of each of the following departments or divisions shall select at least 2 programs within their department or division to submit reports under § 10603 of this title:
1. (1) Department of Health and Social Services.
2. (2) Department of Labor.
3. (3) Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families.
4. (4) Department of Correction.
5. (5) Department of Safety and Homeland Security.
6. (6) Department of Transportation.
7. (7) Division of Revenue.
8. (8) Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control.
9. (9) Department of Education.
10. (10) Department of Justice.
11. (11) Department of Agriculture.
(b) The following entities shall submit reports under § 10603 of this title:
1. (1) Delaware Economic Development Authority.
2. (2) Delaware Office of Veterans’ Services.
3. (3) Delaware Manufactured Home Relocation Authority.
4. (4) The Delaware Transit Corporation.
5. (5) Human and Civil Rights Commission.
6. (6) Delaware State Housing Authority.
7. (7) Delaware State Police.
(c) Five additional programs, to be determined by the Department of Justice, shall also submit reports as described under § 10603 of this title.
