Exemptions

29 Del. C. 1953, § 8309; 57 Del. Laws, c. 549, § 1; 60 Del. Laws, c. 539, § 9;

The following positions set forth in this chapter shall be exempt from Chapter 59 of this title:

(1) Secretary of Finance;
(2) Director of Accounting;
(3) Director of Revenue;
(4) State Lottery Director.
