Exemptions

The following positions set forth in this section shall be exempt from Chapter 59 of this title:
- (1) Secretary of Natural Resources and Environmental Control;
- (2) Director of Fish and Wildlife;
- (3) Director of Parks and Recreation;
- (4) Director of Watershed Stewardship;
- (5) Director of Air Quality;
- (6) Director of Waste and Hazardous Substances;
- (7) Director of Water;
- (8) [Repealed.]
- (9) Director of Energy and Climate.
