1. (a) The Delaware State Housing Authority shall coordinate with the Office of State Planning Coordination to gather information from local jurisdictions regarding their compliance with the affordable housing plans developed under this subchapter.
2. (b) The Delaware State Housing Authority shall coordinate with the Office of State Planning Coordination to develop an annual report showing each local jurisdiction’s progress toward meeting the goals identified in its affordable housing plan.
3. (c) The Delaware State Housing Authority shall publish the reports required under this section on its website no later than May 15 of each year, beginning in 2028.
