1. (a) The Commission shall consist of 7 members who are appointed as follows:

   1. (1) Two members, appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
   2. (2) Two members, appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate.
   3. (3) Two members, appointed by the Governor.
   4. (4) One member, appointed by the President of the Delaware Africa Caribbean Coalition, from Delaware Africa Caribbean Coalition (DACC) members.
2. (b) The members of the Commission serve 3-year terms.
