An oath of office may be administered by any of the following:
- (1) A member of a House of the General Assembly to any other member of the same House.
- (2) The President or President Pro Tempore of the Senate to the Secretary of the Senate and other officers of the Senate.
- (3) The Speaker of the House of Representatives to the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives and other officers of the House of Representatives.
