1. (a) An athlete agent who violates § 5413 of this title is guilty of a class A misdemeanor. A first conviction of a violation of § 5413 of this title is punishable by a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $1,000 and imprisonment for not more than 1 year. A second or subsequent conviction of a violation of § 5413 of this title is punishable by a fine of not less than $1,000 nor more than $2,000 and imprisonment for not more than 1 year.
2. (b) The Superior Court has jurisdiction over a criminal violation of § 5413 of this title.
