The Board shall approve an Administrator-In-Training Program that complies with the guidelines of the National Association of Boards of Long-Term Care Administrators (NAB), and contains at a minimum the following:

1. (1) Introduction and orientation;
2. (2) Admission procedures;
3. (3) Medical records requirements;
4. (4) Resident rights;
5. (5) Administration;
6. (6) Food service;
7. (7) Nursing;
8. (8) Housekeeping/maintenance/janitorial;
9. (9) Medical and allied health;
10. (10) Recreation;
11. (11) Rehabilitation services;
12. (12) Social services;
13. (13) Disaster/emergency services;
14. (14) Medicare/Medicaid;
15. (15) Professional ethics; and
16. (16) Applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
