Compact qualifying license

85 Del. Laws, c. 382, § 1;
  1. (a) A licensee may only designate 1 license as their compact qualifying license at a time. The procedures for such designation may be further defined by compact commission rule.
  2. (b) Nothing in this section shall require that the state of qualifying licensure be the state of primary residence or state of primary practice for the licensee.
  3. (c) Nothing in this compact shall interfere with a licensee’s ability to hold a single state license in multiple states.
  4. (d) Nothing in this compact shall affect the requirements established by a member state for the issuance of a single state license.
